Telephone Service Representatives

Job Description:

  • Respond to inbound telephone calls
  • Provide customer service to callers – answer questions, relay messages to clients
  • Take orders for client products and services following scripts
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications Needed:

  • Must have a flexible schedule- able to work weekends and holidays
  • Clear speaking voice and pleasant demeanor on the phone
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Computer literate
  • Previous Answering Service and/or customer service experience preferred
  • High school graduate (or GED)
